Privacy policy

Following the entry into force the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter called as RODO, we will inform you on which your personal data are process and protect.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

1. to send at the specified e-mail information related to the 1st International Scientific Conference –„New forms of employment. Current Problems and Future Challenges”. (6(1) lit. a RODO, art. 10 ust. 2 UŚUDE) – on the basis of separate consent,

2. for statistical and analitical purposes related to the 1st International Scientific Conference –„New forms of employment. Current Problems and Future Challenges” (6(1)1 lit. f) RODO).

Personal data: name, surname, job position, institution, phone mubmer, address, e-mail.
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data, carried out prior to the withdrawal of the consent. The withdrawal of the consent is possibile only with regard to the processing of personal data on the basis of the consent.

Your personal data may be transferred to private entities providing services for the Institute for Labour Law and Social Policy, that include: legal, accounting, IT, marketing, advertising and logistics services, in the extent, to which provision of this services is essential. The storage period for your personal data for above mentioned purposes shall be no longer than withdrawal of the consent.

You have the right of access to your personal data (article 15 RODO) on your request; right to rectification your personal data (article 16 RODO); right to erasure your personal data in part or in full (article 17 RODO); right to require limiting the processing your personal data (article 18 RODO); right to portability your pesonal data (article 20 RODO); right of withdrawal consent for the processing of your personal data; right to rise objections against the processing of your personal data.

Yout have the right to rise a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection, if you decide that processing your personal data violates the law (article 77(1) RODO).
